Bad service

What a horrible service this Standard bank insurance is !!!... Claim FUN*** - we were suppose to receive claim payout on the 1st March 2025 no Payment was made ..On the 4th March we went to Standard Bank branch in Middleburg Eastern Cape to find out what happened to the funds .. they advised that payment was made we gave them our 3 months bank statement that shows that payment was not made to our account .. Then later the branch advised that a broker named Masixole Joko made a mistake with our payment and advised that we should be receiving the claim payment Today 05 March 2020 ..Yes payment was made but it wasn't the exact amount instead of giving us R30 000 they gave us R20 000 .. Funeral is on Sunday we still need to make arrangements and Standard bank is doing this to us while we are grieving we are very disappointed with the horrible service we have encountered..
