Bad service

Worst service they approve the claim and when their service provider couldn’t help they said they will cash pay , when waiting for cash pay then they changed and declined and assessors lie about damages. Claim handler Maponya Nokuthula N is the worst not even a single feedback she gave . Complains department is even worse Louis Ngobeni all they do is do send a copy and paste apology without checking if you got feedback and what your issue is for sure they didn’t even read the email I send.
