Bad insurance standard bank insurance

Worst ever. Just before the third wave I put in a claim the consultant insisted they will send their own people to asses. Their people are 150 km away from my home. I refused as its my money and my policy they Cant dictate who they want to send to me especially after they sent some of their low grade characters from the same area for my previous claim which they declined to honour. Now after the consultant went on About how I have to use their people to asses quote I refused and insisted on getting someone local. Its been a week since I sent the quote and photos and all I get is that we acknowledge your claim . Another hurdle with this insurance company. They really leave you destitute. I don't want them to phone me I want them to either settle my claim or not in writing then its time to move on to better and more efficient companies. What a waste of 23 years of insurance.
