Bad insurance claim experience

Worst service ever, no communication. I have to follow up the whole time. Claim has been going on for 4 weeks, the one confirm receipt of documents the next one says it is still outstanding then the next thing, still no outcome. Never have your buildings insurance with Standard bank if your bond is with them rather use your own short term insurance.
