Bad geyser installation

Logged a previous complaint on this site, and it has still not been resolved. Received a private message that I would be contacted and was not. Here is the original complaint:

I'm having problems with a geyser that was replaced at my premises. After the geyser was installed, the geyser was not heating the water properly. The contractors came back and fixed this after a few days, now we can see that there is water leaking when the geyser is on. A proper inspection and fix up is required to make sure everything is working correctly before other damage occurs as a result of a bad installation.
