Bad funeral cover

I was at the bank yesterday for my mom statement so i can submit all her documents at masters high court to my surprise she had money in her account but std bank funeral pllicy had to rob us R2000 because my mom was behind with two months on her policy i wonder how if she had money in her account why ddnt they deduct the premium.The lady who was helping me yesterday was surprised too.std bank policy you ****med me and i wont back off until i get all the money
