Bad Experience with claims taking forever to

I have had such a bad experience with Standard bank. My claim has been outstanding for weeks and everyday when i call in, i get the same update that my case has been escalated to management for resolution / approval, however nothing is being done. Lightning hit my electric fence together with my alarm system, which leaves me without any security for weeks. This is totally unacceptable, bearing in mind that this has put a risk to me and my family.
