Bad experience

I submitted a claim on Tuesday 23rd Sept. Up till today have not been paid. I did a follow up on Friday, they asked for Dr's alternative number I gave the guy is spoke to. Today I called again spoke to this girl that said her team leader will call me before 5 pm. It is now 17:18 no call. I want to know am I getting my money from standard bank or?
