Bad customer services

We submitted a claim more than 2 months ago. Till today nothing has been done. We completed forms, documents, left messages nothing are being done. BAD services from the contractor to consultants and more damages are being done. I will not recommend any of my friends to them. I will not be silence for bad customer services.
