BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM XOLILE

Good evening it is with a heavy heart that i am writing regarding one of the biggest bank in South Africa. My mother bought a House in 2010 via Standard bank. my mother just need to know if she has a homeowners insurance because it is stated on her statement. she called and spoke to Xolile who didnt even understand the reason for her call, she just transferred her to a department that she didnt request. we are looking for a statement there is a huge damage on the house and the and it is still financed.
