Bad customer service and attitude

This guy has a bad attitude and are telling lies to not work in certain areas. First, he does not work after 3am he tells me now he says he cant come to Parow after 4 am cos he is scared for his life. What bull... is this? If it was areas like Elsiesriver, Mannenburg, Mithcellsplain i would understand. Seems like Standard bank are captured by this third party company. Pitso Ranthla should not be in customer service industry.
