Bad customer service

We've financed our new home through Standard Bank. With the financing you have the option of choosing home insurance from Standard Bank or your private insurance broker. We've decided to insure our home through our own brokers, giving this information to Standard Bank multiple times throughout the process. Earlier this month our house registration came through only for us to see Standard Bank added their own insurance on top of our private insurance leading us to pay an extra R1000 a month on our monthly premium. We've contacted them several times to sort this out. But we are getting absolutely no feedback. Really really bad customer service.
