BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am being threatened by private banker, assessor and claim agent that my claim will be close, is this how standard bank deal with insurance, expect you to skip work because assessor dont want to work later than 3 pm? I wont advise anybody to sign up with Standard bank insurance ever, the after service is very bad, now i have to begg them to assist me in this situation.
