Bad client service

After struggling for 9 months my home insurance has still not been amended to include all the items submitted and confirmed by the assessor sent by Standard Bank. I have sent numerous emails with attached invoices and photo’s together with a CoC.

Is it so hard to get a simple matter resolved or are the employees at Standard Bank retarded?
