Bad client experience

Pathetic service from Standard Bank. I was on hold for an hour waiting to get through to the funeral cancellation department. The staff don't see anything wrong with clients holding for so long. I spoke to 3 people and none of them would help me cancel the stupid funeral plan. They would have been quick to give me a call if I had missed a payment.
