Bad Claims Service Claim No HLB/2025/453060

I submitted a claim for storm and hail damages suffered in Montana Pretoria on 01/12/2015. The Assessor and contractors came out and the contractor I appointed who is on the panel of Standard Bank Insurance did not include all the damages which I was not aware of as we discussed it at the time and my understanding from him was that all will be included as agreed which it was not. I only realised it once the AOL was send but raised my concern before payment was made on 05/01/2026 and the fact that I was not indemnified but now cannot get a resolution and I need to start getting my roof repaired. It is also an absolute battle dealing with Standardbank Insure as they just don't come back to me unless I keep on following up with them. Can somebody please advise on what I need to do to get this matter resolved?
