Bad car standard bank insurance service

I am shibblette Rampa and had accident recently. On 28 february 2022 my car was towed by an insurance to phoenix in Lichtenburg for repairs. Ever since I have been calling the insurance to repair my car since even ignition was not working and they claim to fix only right rare front and the bumper. I even went to phoenix to check my car but it has never been repaired. I keep on getting messages that my car is in pprogress of been repairing but even now I dont have a car. I habe sent all the documents they requested. I am struggling I cant do anything without my car. I need them to fix my car and cut my loses. It is deducting R1247.25 but still they can't fix my car.
