Bad bad service dont use them

Hi i open a claim on 2025 12 24 my claim till today 2026 01 13 has not been sorted phone close to 17 times phone gets put down in your ear but instalment gets taken every month my inverter and batterys got rain damage they refuse to pay because they say they can still work so i said what happens if they fail a year later then the installer who fitted them will viod warranty if he sends them in to be opened because lux power will reject claim and say they have water damage so at end im siting with a 150000rand los because they send incompetend people to come and asses and they take so long with the claim their are more storms ond rhey dont come out your property just gets more and more damage
