Bad, bad servic

Standard bank has not come back to me regarding a payout of a claim. I waist 22min waiting for someone to answer my call, I still did not speak to someone. They are pathetic and *********** insurance company. I will never ever recommend them. They never get back to you. They are unprofessional. I have just tried again while typing and im waiting for the past 14 min no answer.. How can you but you pay insurance for **** service
