AWFUL SERVICE - STANDARD BANK NOT RECOMMENDED

<p>I had a valid claim which I lodged almost a year ago and which was disputed. The damage to my property is causing further damage and when I am fortunate enough to have someone answer my call, I am told I must speak to another who I can never get hold of (in fact I am not sure if it is a dummy phone or a dummy person as the phone rings constantly). And have I mentioned that there is damage to my property for almost a year now. Standard Bank home loan insurance is awful, I would not recommend Standard Bank home loans at all. </p>
