Awaiting Refund

I had a Vehicle Finance with Standard and settled it on the 22nd of March 2023. On the 27th I received an email acknowledging receipt of the payment, but the following day their debit went off my account. I called them immediately to request a refund and that’s where my nightmare began.

They assured me that my refund will be sent on the 6th of April but on the 10th when I called, I was told that no refund under my account was logged.

Today, 5 weeks later I’m still waiting for my refund. All I was given was reference numbers and empty promises. Standard Bank Vehicle Finance has absolutely no regard for their customers, it’s disgusting!!😡😡😡
