Avis, StandardBank Insurance, Dube Panelbeaters are the worst

Standard Bank Insurance gave me the poorest service when they took my vehicle on 03 Jan 2020 and gave it to Dune panelbeaters who till today have my car. The worst part is me only finding out now even the name of panel beaters. The worst is making me get a courtesy vehicle from Avis East London Airport and they don't want to reimburse me the deposit I paid. They are claiming body damage with cost amounting to R3800. I was never called and made 2 trips from Bhisho to get clarity and each time I'd be given a story and promised to be called back. Till today I'm waiting for a call and some pics of this body damage because I'm not given a chance to see the actual damages, which by the way were never there. The claim within a day/2 they've fixed this body damage of R3800. Why!? Beats me.
