Appalling service received from Standard bank structural insurance

Absolutely appalling service received from Standard bank insurance! They do not allocate one person to handle a claim, I wait on the line for 30 minutes to an hour each time just to have a new person start from scratch and no one take responsibility for the lack of service. We have multiple people coming in and out of our home each day, none of them fixing anything. There's no order or processes in place for such a large insurer. Very disappointing
