Appalling service from Home Owners Insurance

It’s been over a month now, 3 assessors later and still no assistance on my claim for a motor to be replaced. Several calls and emails, requests for a manager to contact me, absolutely nothing. It’s really pathetic for lack of any other word the kind of circus that is being run here at Std Bank Home Owners Insurance. I am still waiting for my claim to be resolved, back and forth just for a motor replacement. I have always been fairly content with the service from Std Bank but after this im really considering moving if my claim is not resolved and if a senior manager does not call me. Claim no 22/194246
