Appalling service @ this rate! Very disappointed.

I am appalled @ the treatment my family is receiving from standardbank insurance! Our business has not had a roof since before xmas2020 due to a storm. Stdbank has played typical insurance tricks to get us to settle. We have eventually accepted a 55% adjustment (in their favor) on the claim! Its been a month and still NO payout! Iv been asked to provide proof of banking despite being a standard bank client. I have comp**** with this request the first time it was issued, still nothing!!!! This is over and above the fact that they are claiming I am under insured, a fact they were are aware of when they assessed my business premises and never advised me to adjust my cover even @ the annual review which never took place @ they physical premises - which I am told shouldve been the case for business insurance annual review. I will now take this up with the Ombuds office as well. We have suffered great losses since year end due to unsafe business premises. This has put my family and tenants at great risk as there has been further damages to roofing and electrical work due to heavy rains we have experienced. This is tantamount to ***** in my opinion.
