Appalling service and FAILURE to pay PROMISED claims!

Standard Bank have been promising for over week now to email forms so that we can sign and get the promised payment, made by the assessor, paid to us. Despite having over half a dozen or more telephonic AND email conversations with staff at Standard Bank, all of whom assured us the forms would be sent that morning, still not a single form has been received. All we have is empty promising and an ever growing pile of case and reference numbers. Really beyond appalling, that so many staff members should simply FAIL to fulfill, their not just PROMISES but OBLIGATIONS to clients, as well! Is NOBODY their doing their jobs??????
