Appalling customer service

What a disaster to get hold of the Call Centre and two hours later you are lost again because the direct number given to you is not available. After several attempts contacting the *********** case managers they know how to play the ignorance game. I am utterly disappointed in the biggest bank in Africa for allowing their people operate with impunity.(CLAIM;HLB/2026/493354)
