Appalled / Dissapointed Client

I lodged a claim with Standard Bank as Welkom have experienced a lot of Bad Weather. Claim No:HLB2025/448883. Ever since i am with Std Bank they would reject a claim due to their payhetic reasons as wear and tear and just about every readon under the sun. Due to Welkom have very stormy weathers whereby trees are been blown down as well as Billboards.....my tiles was also like moved due t geavy rains and winds. They declinedwish to cancel my insurance.. .unfortunately can never get to the right perdon.
