Appaling Service -Standard Bank Insurance

I had a lightning damage on the 14th of December. It is exactly three months later and all I have is empty promises and no service. It takes 20 minutes of holding when you contact the call center only to get empty promises, I call Standard bank insurance at least 3 times a week since the incident, ***giso Modiga is responsible for my account and she has done absolutely nothing thus far and not bothered to contact me back at all. I am very disappointed with this bank and thinking very deeply about transferring all my business else where.
