Anyone home?? - No answer! Kept on hold for >20min ave. - won't get that time back!

The response to the claim was good but to get through to the call centre puts me in a mood that makes me not want to ever deal with them. I wanted to speak with a consultant to address an issue where a burst pipe was dealt with by a plumber. The plumber, "leak detection" specialist said that the leak had been addressed and that a builder would be appointed to close up etc. This would be great but for the fact that there was still a leak. I needed to speak to someone to reopen the claim. No facility online for this. Feeling really ****ed off!
