Any reason to pay a claim.

My Boundary wall fell due to the excessive rain last month, this is an insured event under my policy. Now 3 weeks later I'm being told that the wall wasn't built to building regulation standards, as if I built the wall. They were happy to insure the property for the past 11 years - No problem taking my money for a property purchased through them. Now that I have a valid claim, they won't pay for it.<br> Standard Bank is by far the worst Insurance Company I have ever had to deal with. My claim was lodged on the 17th March. I had to contact their unprofessional appointed builders time and time again to get them to come out to my property. Then I also had to contact them for feedback. Cant wait to move my insurance to a reputable company.<br>
