****** hilarious! 4 days ago I post a review on their ****py service and i get this canned response signed by one Zeenath Hassen which reads: "Thank you posting your comments. We looking into your matter and feedback will be provided shortly." I'm curious as to what "shortly" actually means? Either she's so snowed with similar complaints, but more likely they just don't give a toss because the silence is deafening....
