Annual policy increase way beyond market trends/values

Just received the increase notification from Standard Bank Insurance on my Home Owners Policy today and noticed a monthly premium increase in excess of 13% with the "estimated value" of the property being double the municipal value (that was recently adjusted to local market values).

Are you serious?
