Angry customer/pathetic service
Standard bank insurance is pathetic to say the least, i lodged a funeral claim last week Wednesday i still haven't received the payout.. I followed up on Friday and was told to expect the funds on Saturday the latest 😠😠i had to continue with the funeral without receiving anything from them.. You don't even have the courtesy of keeping clients updated via a text on the progress of their claims.. I want my claim paid immediately 😠😠😠😠i am cancelling this stupid policy

I will splash standard bank insurance on all the social platforms i have if i have to i did provide my id no all you need to do is to check what is the hold up on my claim that was lodged and provide me with urgent/proper feedback when calling me.
