Angry Client

I’m writing very concerned in regards to in regards to my claim that was said its invalid by the assessor that you have sent by the name Unity Sethlako, was very disappointing to say the least. Firstly he said he could understand how the supplier came to climb up the roof at the Angle of the house were to steep better “them than him” I quote his words. He then mentioned something very disappointing not sure if its true or not sine he is the expert as I’m sure he qualified on what he does that the house was in structure with building requirements and he would recommend the bank to settle my claim in cash after he evaluated. My issue with this why didn’t the Standard bank send an assessor with the evaluator before they approved our mortgage for the house so if we were given this advise would never have purchased the home. We are less than two years there and last year it’s been pouring so much with rain and he said the roof must have been leaking for a long time. He then mentioned that the damaged to my ceiling was not coz of the recent storm its been a long time issue, Well for the ceiling to fall down and leaking visibly we only saw it Friday night after the storm was during the day. I am a Key Account Manager for Imperial and my fiancé is an Accountant not an expert builder. Our house now smells very badly our daughter has allergies, carpet is in bad shape because of the water need to add another claim as been advised. Before I thought I would get cleaning people but it seems will need replacement. I don’t have much budget to get builders to fix our roof so the bank will have to figure out what to do here for us. We are not in a financial position to sort that out ourselves. The bank need to send an assessor and evaluator prior to offering the clients loans as the assessor tell you the house was defective condition, not properly maintained while you just moved in a have a valid claim as per the supplier. The assessor has a tendency of denying claims from blacks and colored people. I can’t stay in this condition due to my 2 year old daughter she is not well with severe allergies.
