Angry at standard bank

<p>Hi there. My name atif khan I have vehicle finance through standard bank since 2013 and I had my own insurance from another company. But last month Nov 2013 standard bank start to add their insurance without my permission and start deducting money while I have my own insurence . When I complained they told me they will return the money before that I submitted a leerer from my insurer stating that I have insirence. They haven't refunded my money while again this month they send me new statement and charged me again for insurence. I don't understand how they work. I am unhappy about all this </p>
