And again, discovered more deduction which I have not authorised

<p>Last month, I discovered that 2 of my accounts had debit order loaded as ASB life. After enquring, it was discovered that I did not authorsie these & it was re-imbursed to me. I suspected an account that was closed in 2015 had these debit orders loaded. After a very long wait with the bank, I received the statments & was not suprised when I saw these debit order loaded. I sent several emails to Embedded Complaints, but do not get any respones. I even emailed the senior complaints specialist, I get no response. I will await the 20days & then report the matter to banking ombudsman, as Standard bank is taking me for a good ride</p> <p>RK Moonsamy</p>
