Almost 2 months to follow through with a claim

I contacted STD Bank Insurance on the 30th of November 2021 to explain that there was a heavy storm, this has caused my roof to start leaking in several places, quite badly in my bathroom, it pours in when it rains.

I was quickly assisted from a lady called Faith and a contractor came out to assess the roof, he confirmed with me that hail is the cause and that it could be repaired the next week.

Since then, i have not had ONE phone call from STD bank on when my roof will be repaired, i have called in numerous times to get different explanations, i was told to just WAIT.

It is now the 19th of January 2022 and still nothing, can someone PLEASE get this sorted? Every time it rains it's causing more damage! I find this service totally unacceptable, to the extent that i am not sure if i made the correct choice in deciding on using Standard Bank Insurance, extremely disappointed!
