All gud when u take my money but dont honor the promise

<p>I took a funerla policy for my mother more than 10 years ago for my mother and have not missed a single premium and been paying on time everytime. My mom has passed on and I went to std bank east gate to submit a claim and everything has been received by the claims dpt on the 13th but am still not paid. I have received an excused from 1. I had to call them to make sure they have received the documents, to 2. The person who was suppose to assess is not around and is the only one assessing to 3. I will get a call from a supervisor not sure to say what as today is a full week I have lodged the claim and AM NOT PAID STILL. I get it std bank, it is all good when u take customers money and when u have to honor your promise u do the run around. I am so done with u and will cancel my husband's policy too, u so USELESS, how do u expect me to bury mother when she passed on 2 weeks ago!! There ar so much better funeral policies out there. I cannot believe am getting this ****py service after all the years I have been paying, better yet pay me all my money I have already paid to this stupid policy with interest! I have lost my mother for goon=dness sake and this is the last thing I need. My other policy paid in less than 48 hour, tells me who I should put my money with now.</p>
