Alarm system claim!! absolutely no assistance from STD claim division

I have been struggling with Standard bank insurance division for more then 3 months!!!! this is ridiculous and pathetic from such an institute I've been contacting the call Centre more times then I can remember with absolutely no assistance, I have been trying to claim for my home alarm system with absolutely no luck.

I've been Calling the claims division and Holding for durations of 25min + 30min just for my air time to run out, The Call center agents dropping my calls regularly ,Call center agents telling me they need to confirm something and they will contact me back (never happened),I have done the call me back option numerous times (never received a call back) sent way way too many e mails with absolutely no luck. Ive spoken with so many call center agents that would assist and resolve my claim but nothing has ever materialized.

I have received absolutely no help in regards to my Alarm system claim, and I have therefore been forced to deal with it myself as not having a functional alarm system was placing my family safety in harm.

I have e mailed all the Report and the Quotation from a reputable security company and proof of payment where I have already replaced my system due to Standard bank claims division purely being useless. I feel that the replacement value was market related and therefore Standard bank claim division should assist with the refund as I have not received any assistance in this claim and was required to deal with this myself for safety reasons.
