Aircon claim

I struggle with a claim since 7 April 2022. I wrote several emails and call there call Centre. I wait for an Hour on waiting for the operators, when he answer then he refer to the wrong claim. I have give him the claim no. Still with no assistance. It is really terrible service. I still have receive no feedback
