Again! Standard Bank does not respond to claims or calls

Standard Bank Insurance is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with, they take you money each month without hesitation, and then when you submit a claim, they take weeks to respond, this is not good if you have a water leak. I was forced to repair the damages at my own expense as I was losing a lot of money due to the water leak, now a geyser is leaking and the exact same issue is arising, why do we need to pay for this **** service, and why don't anyone answer my calls or questions regarding this issue?

NEVER GO TO Standard Bank as they have **** service they have a **** and slow app and ways to pay. I WILL NEVER recommend this bank to anyone and urge everyone to move their banks away from Standard bank
