AGAIN POOR POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Its been 3days since one has been trying to submit a claim with standard bank...again, they never respond, you hold for hours and worse their app of online submission seem to not submitting claims, since last week I have been experiencing this difficulty and now the damage keeps on being worse, and I will be expected to cover the damages, but they never react immediately and let the damage persist.
