ACTIONS SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS

It is very sad to note that this company has no business ethics nor customer care. They were quick to react on my previous post, here, in a secret manner, just to hide their flaws. Up until today I have had no communication with this company. The same sweet talks, without any substance, they use in selling their products, they use to sugar cote a client. I'm sorry, but I'm past that stage of sweet talks. I'm still waiting on an answer of a very simple question "what will happen to my premiums of 11 years, now that I don't want this funeral Cover policy". This after their agent told me, that I will loose every cent I paid for over 11 years. Their answer is so important to me, because I need to warn my people about the possibility of loosing every cent, even after 20 to 50 years.
