Account handed over for no reason

Good Day

I have a personal loan with standard bank together with an income protect insurance which I have been paying for. Last year November I got retrenched and followed through with the procedure of claiming from the insurance department. My application was successfully processed and my account was paid for the first six months and I was advised to do a claim for the second 6 months, both were successful and processed as normal, my account was paid from the insurance department, but it didn't stop there, after all of the necessary steps were followed, I was being harassed by the attorneys, standard bank handed my account over to the attorneys and I'm being called every single day because of this account. I now have a extremely bad credit profile on my personal account as well as my business account because of this, I had U count rewards and that has also been harshly taken away from me because they claim my account is in arrears.

I find this absolutely humiliating and uncalled for. I have spoken to various ppl regarding my account and all of whom are a bunch of fools who shouldn't even have jobs at Standard bank. They have no knowledge of their process and procedures.

It's absolutely embarrassing to be getting calls like these day in and day out.

I suggest someone of higher authority gives me a call asap to sort this issue out.

Pathetic service from a bank whom I have dealt with for years on end.
