my car was involved in the accident in june 2023 in samrand pretoria i did put the claim and it was successfully done. Then i was told that i will get my excess back after the car is being fixed and i was happy to hear that.So it happens that since ive been requesting the excess but they keep on postponing me with that. they keep on telling me i must call them after two weeks they are waiting for the 3rd party to do they books. everyone knows in this times we all need money to pay our bills, till today i havent receive anything when i ask they keep on telling me the story of waiting for the 3rd party and i didnt know those people who are dealing with standard bank insurance i only know standard bank as ive been banking with them for a long time.

May you please assist me to get my excess fee back as it was the money which was not budgeted for.
