Abysmal ( actually zero) response on a claim

I am now desperate 3 weeks later for someone to contact me after the Cape Town storms. My flat got flooded and the flooring is gone. According to the app an assessor has been appointed but one person still has yet to call me. I have emailed every address I can think of and find. The assessor doesn't answer his phone either. Stay away from these folk!!!!!
