Absolutely shocking experience

<p>I put a claim in for damages to my home.</p> <p>Damages caused by a storm.</p> <p>Claim was rejected on ridiculous exclusions that standard bank have in place.</p> <p> </p> <p>With regards to the exclusions, pretty much says that they do not cover anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>So i have now being paying for insurance for 4 years, never missed a payment, never made a late payment, only to be told that they do not cover anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had tiles suddenly lift in my home, tiles that were in the house when i moved in, they state that they will not cover this.</p> <p>My laminate floors were damaged in a storm, they do not cover that either.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is under my full comprehensive insurance policy.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never received my documents or policy schedule and its now 4 years later.</p> <p>If i had seen all these exclusions, i never would have taken the policy.</p> <p> </p>
