absolutely NO SERVICE

<p>Been with them for 7 years. Not one claim. now want to claim for lightning damage to alarm system and</p> <p>they have been giving us the run around for almost two weeks. Not once has anyone from std bank insurance phoned or e-mailed us to give feed back. Every day when I phone them its the same story. "Still busy with the claim will phone you before end of business today." I have been sitting without an alarm for close to two weeks!!!! ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!</p>
