Absolutely appalling service

I’m honestly wondering why I’m still insured with these guys When it comes to sales they are very efficient

Try making amendments to your policy They will drag their feet I have called Monday they advised they are only taking messages for call backs I still have not received one

I sent a sales call back within 8 hours I had received a call I was assured I’ll be transferred to the correct team line cut no follow up was done

I called again they still have not sorted my issue to date
